Job Position: RN - Cath Lab Float Pool

Location: Must be available for all hospitals within the pool, including:

• Mission Viejo
• Orange
• Fullerton
• Laguna Beach
• Apple Valley

Shift: 1x10hr shift per week, 5:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Compensation: $65-$70/hr

Start Date: 10/02; Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our Cath Lab team. This position requires availability across multiple locations, ensuring all patients receive optimal care during invasive cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations and other cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists.
• Float to less or like specialties when needed and qualified.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the comfort of the patient during procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in a Cath lab or related field.
• Current certifications: (AHA) ACLS, BLS, NIH.
• Provide 2 references within 12 months of the start date; 1 of which must be from a supervisor. Charge RNs are accepted.
• Flexibility to serve all hospitals within the pool.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
