$22hr to $26.50hr depending on experience

A family-owned Health facility Specializing in Post-Surgery Recovery, IV Infusion Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Post-Trauma Recovery, Wound Care and Infectious Disease Treatment is seeking skilled CNAs to join their team in Lancaster.

Summary: Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including acute care and home care environments. You will play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference in the lives of those they serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Provide support to patients with developmental disabilities and geriatrics.
• Assist in emergency medicine situations as needed.
• Lift and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively.
• Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as required for patient mobility and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in acute care settings is preferred.
• Ability to lift patients safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with emergency medicine protocols.
• Understanding of geriatric care principles.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Proficient in measuring and recording vital signs accurately.
• Experience in home care settings is advantageous.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
