Physical Therapist (3-Month Contract)
Contract Dates: December 1 – February 28
Locations: Float between Costa Mesa and Los Alamitos clinics
A private physical therapy clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and clinic needs.
Schedule

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Costa Mesa: Wednesdays & Fridays

Los Alamitos: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
Compensation: $50–$55/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories

Diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop personalized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury

Set measurable goals and track progress toward recovery outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, home exercise programs, and recovery processes
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient with electronic documentation and therapy software
-
Physically able to assist patients and demonstrate exercises
Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist License
-
Minimum 12 months of experience

Current BLS/CPR certification (in-person)
-
TB test completed within the past year
